Our Story Founded in 2011 by Tom Fox and based in Portlaoise, Load Test Solutions have built a reputation for excellence when it comes to structural testing. We carry out full scale load testing of floor slabs, beams, columns and stairs. Supply, install and monitor, load testing and instrumentation systems on bridges, structures and structural components to assess serviceability and compliance with relevant standards. We will also design a custom testing method or instrumentation system to suit your particular needs. Ensuring The Highest Standards Are Met On Every Job We Do! The Construction Fixings Association ‘Procedure for site testing construction fixings’ is used in conjunction with the Code of Practice to ensure that installed anchors have sufficient capacity to carry design loads especially in brick, block and stone. Precast element testing for concrete manufacturers. Environmental monitoring of vibration, noise and dust. Structural investigations on bridges and aged buildings. Depth of cover and rebar mapping, Resistivity and depth of carbonation, Ultrasonic surveys, Diamond core sampling, Steel sampling and testing. The thorough examination and testing of Lifting Equipment, as set out in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations, 2007. Qualified staff to carry out test, inspections and certification through Lloyds British training and the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association.
