Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after 2 years?
After your 2-year SUMM period, you'll be invited to continue as a full Fabricator Member. The fee is based on your employee count at that time, starting from €400/year for businesses with 1-5 employees.
Do I get all the same benefits as full members?
Yes! SUMM members receive full access to all member benefits including the free HR audit, training discounts, networking events, technical support, and the WhatsApp community.
Can I apply if I'm planning to start a business?
SUMM is for businesses that are already registered and operating. If you're at the planning stage, we'd still love to hear from you — contact us at membership@irishsteel.ie and we can discuss how to support your journey.
What if my business grows beyond 10 employees during the 2 years?
That's great news! You'll continue with your SUMM benefits for the full 2-year period. When you transition to full membership, your fee will be based on your employee count at that time.
